Dr. Shuyang Si (思舒杨博士) is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS), Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He serves as Program Director for the BSc Economics and Finance program and as academic advisor to the Student Economics Exploration and Development Society (S.E.E.D.S.). He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics and Management from the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. He is a recipient of the Shuang Chuang Ph.D. award from Jiangsu Province (江苏省双创博士).
His research covers Consumer Behavior, AI-Human Interaction, Food and Agricultural Economics, Energy and Environmental Economics, and Policy Analysis, with a particular focus on China.
