I am an Assistant Professor in the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS), Department of Economics, at Xi'an Jiaotong Liverpool University (XJTLU).

I received my Ph.D. in Applied Economics and Management from Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University.

My research focuses on Energy and Environmental Economics, Food and Agricultural Economics, and Policy Analysis, especially as they pertain to China.
