I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University.
I am also a Graduate Research Associate at the Cornell University Think-tank for Resources, Energy, and the Environment: Science and Policy-related Economic Analysis and Research (TREESPEAR).
My current research focuses on Energy and Environmental Economics, and Food and Agricultural Economics, especially as they pertain to China. More specifically, I've been exploring (1) the effects of food safety and policy events on restaurant food demand, (2) the effects of energy and environmental related policies on energy consumption as well as on GDP, output, and profits in China, and (3) the effects of bio-fuel policies on agricultural and ethanol markets.
